PRINTING FROM THIS WEBSITE
The content of this site is not "printer friendly"
The pages on this site are nearly 1000 pixels wide. If you try to print a page you will
loose the right hand edge (anyone who knows how to avoid this perhaps
by design in the web page layout - please contact me).
Consequently, you need to reconstruct the page in your word processor. Use Ctrl+A to select all text
followed by Ctrl+C to copy the text and then Ctrl+V to paste into the word processor. This does not
pick up the figures - so right click over each figure in turn and select "Save Picture" giving it a name
that you will recognise. Drag each picture file, or "insert" each picture file into the open word processor
following the standard procedure for that software (they vary).
