It seems like a good idea to record the businesses with a regular delivery, door to door, in Blisworth, Spring 2006 Sadly, I am too late to record the electric milk-float that, having finished deliveries, would return to Northampton at 20 mph just when villagers were inclined to go shopping! 	Martyn Blunt - grocer. After operating through many Northamptonshire villages for nearly 30 years, Martyn retired in 2010. He enjoyed meeting friendly village people and mainly the older folk (without a car) would welcome him, even offer him lunch sometimes. His green van continues with a younger Darren Coombes in charge.

	Perhaps it would be good to have this form of recycle collection in Blisworth? This is how they do it in Cosgrove.
	Gallones Ice Cream This firm was announcing its arrival through the streets of Blisworth as far back as 1968. They use the same jingle as then and some effort will be put into finding its name.
	Orders placed via the internet are brought to the door within a few days by Tesco's.
