At two month intervals George Freeston wrote in our parish 'magazine' an article that he usually
called 'Gossip Time'.  These articles have occasionally saved the day and given us a good start
in our research (in some cases, the only information we ever get).  A nearly complete set of issues
are kept for villager's reference and maybe, one day, they will be copied on-line to this web site.
